Guarantee
Novel watches are covered by a two-year warranty.
Excluded from the warranty are:
- Damages caused by accidents, mistreatment or misuse (such as bumps, dents, etc.).
- Damages caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Consequences of normal wear and tear.
- Damages caused by extremely rapid successive temperature changes.
- Damages caused by water pressure above 3 bar.
Orders
Return – Ordered NOVEL watches cannot be exchanged or returned. You are welcome to visit our Novel office before making an order in our watchmaker’s studio.
Cancellation of the order – Orders already placed cannot be canceled.
Delivery time
Delivery time – Since your new Novel still has to be processed, assembled and checked after the order has been received; the delivery time can be up to 3 months. The deliveries are prioritized after the order has been confirmed. We will keep you up to date on the status of your watch during this time.
